Gwen Gerety Hays has been teaching yoga since 2006 and has been trained in the Yogafit style of teaching.
She has taught in yoga studios, the YMCA, community centers and in private homes. She has a passion for the philosophy of yoga and has lead workshops on the chakras, chanting and kirtan, among others. Her desire is that all who participate in her classes come away with a better appreciation of their bodies and a better understanding on how yoga can help every body. She has taught prenatal yoga, chair yoga, restorative yoga to many populations, such as seniors, people in recovery from addiction and people with traumatic brain injury. She is experienced in group and private (one on one) classes.
