Haley Pascuzzo

She fell in love with yoga during the COVID-19 pandemic, discovering the transformative ability of this healing practice in the midst of a very strange and challenging time. Soon after, Haley graduated from her 200-hour YTT in 2022 at West Chester University where she attended college. Haley has practiced and taught yoga at several unique yoga studios offering a variety of classes, often blending multiple styles and lineages. Haley believes there is no one size fits all when it comes to yoga. She is dedicated to tailoring her offerings to individual needs and intentions, allowing her sequences to be flexible and adaptable based on who is present in each class. Haley also works as both the Director of Operations and yoga instructor for Project Little Warriors, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. PLW brings yoga to students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade, educating the younger generations on the importance of implementing mindfulness practices in their daily lives. By offering yoga in a school setting, students are given tools and skills to build greater awareness, confidence, self-love, discipline, and connection both on and off the mat. Haley is passionate about introducing yoga to people of all ages and backgrounds, knowing how the practice has significantly impacted her own journey through life.
