For Haley, yoga is about the balance between movement and stillness/awareness.
So, my classes frequently combine both the Yin & Yang. Haley’s classes challenge your body awareness, balance and strength. With modifications seamlessly woven throughout, class is accessible and students become more aware of their own body’s alignment. Sprinkles of yogic philosophy in her class gives opportunity for reflection allowing students a chance to bring their yoga practice off the mat and into their lives. Haley enjoys leading Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Restorative based classes. In addition to this, she frequently incorporates sound healing, essential oils and Reiki into the practice, as they are experiences she has found valuable in her personal practice.
