I have studied at the International Meditation Institute in the Himalayas, India since 1988.

I am fluent in Sanskrit and have been studying and teaching the Upanishads, The Bhagavad Gita Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, and several other yoga scriptures for many years. I also organize and arrange travel pilgrimages to India and bring yoga students with me.
