Hannah Bramon

I am a yoga instructor on the path of healing and creating healthy boundaries. I like to share my life experiences, love, and energy to create a meaningful connection throughout the yoga community. I create a practice that almost anyone can walk into the room and feel comfortable in their own skin, while exploring themselves and the poses. I always give the option to challenge yourself, but also rest if needed. I incorporate a lot of breath work, vinyasa flow in my practice, along with some fun music, adding a playful approach.
