As a graduate from Ashley McKeachie’s 200-YTT plus 50 continuing education hours at Orange Coast College, Hannah is well-versed in intelligent sequencing, theming, safe adjustments, yoga theory, methodology, history, and philosophy as well as teaching asana sequences to those in all stages of life, and brings those aspects of Yoga to her students in an accessible, practical way. Her goal as a yoga instructor is to introduce her students to the physical health benefits of yoga asana while intertwining themes of the 8 Limbs of Yoga to enlighten, inspire, motivate, and teach them. Hannah loves to teach Hatha style yoga classes with an emphasis on strength, balance, and mobility. Her specialty is working with people who love to explore the outdoors and are avid hikers, with an emphasis on helping them stay strong and avoid injuries, while deepening the connection they have with nature through specific pranayama and dhyana practices.
