About

Hannah Gruber is a New York City based yoga educator, Ayurvedic chef, and clairvoyant.

Hannah’s teaching method aims to achieve ease in movement and living through deliberate and thoughtful effort. Passionate about creating body-positive spaces, Hannah’s distinctive teaching blends the tradition of yoga with her many passions to help students become confident and strong in body and mind. Her classes and workshops integrate practical tools from current science and biomechanics alongside yoga philosophy and subtle body knowledge, Ayurveda, and intuition. Hannah has been studying philosophy, yoga, and holistic healing for nearly 20 years, teaching yoga since 2005, and offering trainings and workshops since 2014. She tries her very best to make jokes, despite taking her work very seriously. She has spent many years developing special programs for post-menopausal individuals and ageing individuals. She currently offers online classes, and also assists private clients in achieving various wellness outcomes, from coping with life transitions to specific movement goals. She is currently designing a learning curriculum for students who wish to immerse in the study of yoga outside of a teacher training. When she’s not studying, she’s knitting a sweater, trying her hand at sewing her own wardrobe, or throwing a dinner party. She looks forward to one day growing her own vegetables.
