Hannah first discovered yoga as a busy college student initially unsure if it was a space where she belonged She had the common misconception that yoga required a certain body type or skill level—but the moment she stepped onto the mat everything shifted The mental clarity physical release and sense of grounding she experienced sparked a deep and lasting connection to the practice Since completing her hr YTT at Pura Veda Gurukulum in   Hannah teaches Vinyasa Hatha and Restorative yoga throughout NYC With a focus on accessibility empowerment and soulful intention her classes are warm and welcoming often beginning with a dharma talk or intention to center students before guiding them through breath-led movement She offers modifications throughout creating an inclusive space where students of all backgrounds and abilities feel supported Deeply inspired by music and movement Hannah incorporates intentional playlists and elements of her background in ballet and contemporary dance to bring fluidity expression and rhythm into her teaching She is especially passionate about supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies their breath and their inner strength For Hannah yoga is a practice of returning home to yourself—one breath one movement one moment at a time.
