I began my yoga journey in while running my own fashion studio Namira What started as a search for balance became a lifelong passion leading me to study with diverse teachers and explore both Eastern traditions and Western scientific approaches to yoga and meditation My training includes a -hour Yoga Teacher Training with World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh completed in June two years of advanced meditation with Dr Joe Dispenza and ongoing inspiration from teachers such as Eckhart Tolle From to I ran a home studio in Iran growing from two students to fully booked weekly classes My teaching style integrates relaxation pranayama asana and guided meditation Since moving to the United States in December I have attended the Ashtanga Yoga Confluence in San Diego May learning from world-renowned teachers including David Swenson Richard Freeman Mary Taylor Laruga Glaser Kino McGregor and Tim Feldmann I am currently pursuing my -hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with World Peace Yoga School to continue growing as a teacher and serving the yoga community with love and dedication.
