Hawley is a RYT 500 and the previous owner of Truckee Yoga Collective in beautiful Truckee, California.
Due to Covid I now teach virtually via zoom @ hawley yoga.com. Hawley's passion for practicing and teaching yoga stems from obtaining and providing whole body health and wellness for living a long, healthy life. Brain health is a strong source of this passion. This drives her practice and the love of sharing what she knows (and continually discovers through deep yogic study) of yoga to others. Hawley's classes are anatomy based, Hatha, Vinyasa flow with a mix of skills and drills. She loves to weave non traditional (non yoga) strengthening for a life long, injury free Vinyasa practice.
