I am new here and honestly a little intimidated but yoga is something that I am passionate about and would love to surround myself with like-minded souls and share each others wisdom I am newly certified as a Hour Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor and cannot wait to come along side you either one on one in the comfort of your home or I could guide you through an hour of what your body needs via your laptop or tablet Voila! It takes away part of the anxiety of a big yoga class where your mat is just millimeters from others if you dont arrive early you may not get a spot or you are looking for something more personalized to your body with less of the studio vibe.
