My name is Heather Belthoff and I am a RYT with Yoga Alliance, having completed my yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I taught yoga for ~2 years in Charlotte, NC at a renowned yoga studio. I moved from Charlotte to NYC and subsequently San Diego, CA, where I have taught various community and friends/family classes. I have remained a practitioner of yoga at various studios in San Diego. I hope to spread my passion and dedication for yoga to the community.
