Former fitness Instructor out EB Fitness (aka Browns Fit) Cleveland OH Where I taught Spin, Barre Kickboxing, HIIT, Aerial Silk Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and also worked as Class Coordinator & Corporate Wellness Director. I began Stretching students outside work hours to help those who needed Yoga but didn't come to class for various reasons. When I moved to South Florida in 2017 I founded Stretchtogo. Stretchtogo is a concierge service for Yoga Stretch Therapy. We also see clients inside Napoli Chiropractic centers in South Florida. This routine was developed by Heather Nichole and approved by Dr. Napoli. This full body stretch routine is based from yoga assist and therapeutic methods to decompress the spine and lengthen the body
