I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). I have a background in CrossFit training as an owner, coach and athlete and wanted to expand into a yoga because I believe yoga is a great addition to a fitness lifestyle. I prefer gentle or beginner yoga as I enjoy the meditation and relaxation benefits the most. Learning to clear the mind and embrace the calming aspects of yoga were very beneficial to my life both personally and professionally..
