About
With a passion for the outdoors, road cycling, paddle-boarding, running, and a former roller derby teammate, Heather has discovered that a gentle vinyasa practice helps to unwind, center, and address tight hips, legs, shoulders and more.
Focusing on athletes and their tight muscles as well as newer yogis of any age looking to learn about alignment, and discover a nurturing practice to grown from. I recently co-led a Women's Retreat in November 2022 that focused on Grounding in Grace & Gratitude. Collaborating with a fellow outdoor & adventure enthusiast we offered yoga, meditation, a cacao ceremony, journaling, a reflective labyrinth walk, and healing fire ceremony at a farmhouse in Litchfield, CT. During the summer I offer yoga and paddle-board outings by local lakes here in Connecticut. Practicing yoga on land before heading out to cool off in the water via paddle-board. As I continue to advance my teacher training and community, I look forward to sharing & growing my practice with others seeking to find a sense of balance, curiosity, and adventure.
