Heather Feaster

I am available to teach in gyms studios or private sessions. My love for yoga runs deep and so does my love for learning the practice. I have been a dedicated practitioner for almost 10 years. I believe the more deeply I strive to learn, the more I become aware of how powerful this practice is and how much it has changed me and those around me. I love seeing that change in others and sharing the love I have for the practice with them. I enjoy working with practitioners of all levels, but more importantly I just enjoy seeing the growth that occurs when you're open to wherever you are and whatever will be. You can find me practicing at a local studio near my home at least 4-5 times a week. I look forward to hearing from you and talking with you more about your yoga practice.
