I am originally from the north but migrated to the south in   I am a avid yoga enthusiast and have been addicted to the practice since my first class as a student I discovered yoga while trying to recover from an injury and decided Western medicine was not fixing my injury but masking it  I immersed myself into yoga attending class - days a week and learning as much as I could about this beautiful practice  Experiencing how yoga helped me not just physically but emotionally and mentally I knew that I had to share it with others  In March of I completed my -hour RYT with Karuna in Richmond VA and in May of I completed my -hour RYT with Asheville Yoga Center  I became a Certified Personal Training in December of with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and then in July of I became a certified Nutrition Coach with NASM  I am also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider  For me yoga is about balance finding balance between moving and stillness strength and flexibility surrendering and resisting  Expect balance in all my classes with a dynamic vinyasa style approach for anyBODY with any level of experience.
