My 15 years of teaching practice in yoga, meditation and energy work has evolved with a focus on the subtle body and the deeper layers of self-awareness.My approach is rooted in traditional systems and shaped by a curiosity about how these practices support real everyday life.
I'm especially interested in how our unique elemental makeup influences the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us. Through embodied exploration, I offer simple tools to support deeper understanding, resilience and a more grounded connection to both inner and outer environments.I currently work with clients individually, in private groups and through retreats—both in person and online. These practices can be explored in many ways through movement, simple breath techniques or mindful awareness and they are highly adaptable to meet each person where they are.
