HI! My name is Heathor Kulber, and I LOVE YOGA! I want everyone to love yoga! It has taken me from being a depressed, stressed out, Type A worrywort on medication to the calm, happy, blissed out yogini on meditation I am today - & I LOVE to share the magic with others! I teach with a casual, fun vibe, sometimes using cultural references from movies & tv, past & present, to make a point - but always with an eye for alignment & safety, with a foot firmly planted in yoga tradition - I want my students to be able to explore & experience without fear or injury. I am able to teach everything from a mellow restorative class to a good & sweaty power flow- and I know many modifications for beginners and injuries, so I can give everyone the best yoga experience possible! Heather Kulber is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
