Hello everyone! My name is Heather, and I started my yoga journey back in 2015.
Yoga became my form of therapy and I'm so happy it did because now it's a permanent part of my life. My goal when it comes to being a yoga teacher is making sure my students know that they are capable of accomplishing anything they set their minds to and making them feel comfortable when walking into a yoga class.
