Reverend Heather Westenhofer is a graduate of Cloud Nine Yoga Hawaii and Siddhi Yoga Rishikesh, as well as an ordained minister with a CMC from Cherry Hill Seminary.
She also holds a Level 1 Yoga Philosophy certification from Dr. Shyam Ranganathan. A long-time practitioner, Heather “quit her day job” in 2014 and began this remarkable journey, sharing the art and science of yoga with seekers from local studios to national conferences. Her teaching incorporates mindful vinyasa flow and restorative poses for people of all backgrounds and bodies. Heather especially enjoys integrating the more esoteric practices of yoga, such as pranayama, mudra, and mantra, into asana-focused flow classes. Heather’s ultimate teaching objective is for each of her students to meet and come to trust the teacher within themselves.
