About
I first started practicing yoga in Spanish in Chilean Patagonia in 2008.
Working through my depression, I’d started backpacking South America and landed at the “end of the world,” where I lived for 4 years. It was in getting out of my comfort zone that I discovered yoga, my husband, world travel, and eventually our 3 children. Every time I lean into the unknown, evolution takes place. It’s when I’m able to surrender into this, that I find support and divine guidance. In 2019, after 500 hours of teacher trainings with Sattva Master teacher Anjali Connors, I traveled to India at the base of the Himalayas to study directly with Vedic master Anand Mehrotra. Meditation, pranayama, Himalayan kriya, and kundalini now anchor my life, while increasing my capacity for presence and joy. This path--its beautiful messes, tears, joys--has led me to this moment. I'm deeply honored and grateful to be here. I live what I teach. In my own life I have been able to shift into joy, ease and grace, without force. I’m here to support you in reconnecting with your light. When you commit to yourself fully, magic happens. Are you ready?
