Heide Ratliff is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Additionally, Heide is a registered occupational therapist, MA, OTR/L. Also, 50 completed hour training with Tari Prinstier 2013 for y4c-Yoga for cancer-. I work with individuals recovering from illnesses and in remission. Sessions can be provided clinical individually or in groups up to three participants in my home studio in Lawrenceville NJ. I also offer sessions on line via Zoom. Supported from my work as an occupational therapist, I offer yoga to individuals with depression and anxiety. Having also worked as an OT in Schools offering yoga to some students, I continue to work with children and adolescences benefitting from various forms of yoga. These session are at times combined combined with occupational therapy. practices. Completed a ten day training in Yin & Restaurative Yoga at Yandara Yoga Institute Baja California MX in April 2025 I teach the past four years through assignments of the "Fit Group" providing yoga at various facilities in Central NJ, including chair yoga groups.
