About
Hello everyone, I have been practicing yoga for over two decades now, but deepen my practice after I was in an impactable-able car accident in 2017, that left me with a Grade 2 whiplash- associated disorder affecting the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine and with a small anterior labral tear.
Several years of a dedicated practice in Yoga and mindful breathing were required for me to finally feel whole again. Today I am living with chronic pain, but having learned the tools to apply throughout my daily life, I can feel ease and movement throughout my body. Being on the mat every day is my favorite form of self-care as I connect my body with my mind and breath. During my journey of self healing I acquired a few certificates along the way. I am a Yoga Nidra facilitator and a Breath & Stretch Coach, if you would like to know more about my training background please go to this link. https://www.yogabody.bio/yogalivingwithheidi I teach breathing techniques to optimize your breath along with mindful movement for a better quality of life. I am excited to share my knowledge with you and help you through your journey of healing. Private (online) and Public classes available
