Having practiced yoga for 20 years, Heidi has gone through many changes physically, mentally and spiritually.
She had the great fortune to study and receive advanced 500-hour training under a master, Shri Yogi Hari, who’s been teaching yoga for 50 years. Heidi has a number of other certifications too, including Suspension Yoga, Yoga Anatomy Principles with Leslie Kaminoff, Reiki Practitioner, additional 200-hour teacher training, SUP Yoga along with American Red Cross Lifeguard certification. Combining acquired knowledge with her own personal experience, Heidi possesses the unique ability to set the beginner student at ease while encouraging them with an excitement to progress. She is instantly attuned also to the needs of the more advanced students and intuitively provides them with their next challenge. No matter the class, whether gentle or intense, the focus remains the same – proper alignment, proper breathing and positive thinking – leaving students feeling refreshed, relaxed and happy.
