Her 20 years of experience and practice allow her to meet you where you are and provide the precise strategy to meet your needs.Specializing in Biomechanics and Human Movement as well as Adaptation and Behavioral Change, Heidi is a Certified Personal Trainer under NASM (National Academy for Sports Medicine) with multiple areas of expertise, including Women’s Fitness and Behavioral Change Coaching. Since 2005, she is a Certified Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine under NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) with a Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science.
