Her anatomically well-programmed yet warm and joyful teaching style has been loved by local Japanese community ever since. Hidemi's uniqueness comes from her background in Qi-gong and her previous life as a Biochemical engineer. She subtly blends their essence and philosophies into her teaching. Hidemi recognizes yoga as a "Preventative Medication" and it has played a vital role to maintain both physical and spiritual balance in her often hectic yet blessed life.
