I first certified in with a hour YTT for Hatha and Ayurveda My teaching started "off the mat" when I began integrating Ayurveda into my health coaching practice Throughout my post-YTT travels an invitation to teach yoga on the mat seemed to follow me from place to place When I got more grounded in I began teaching regular studio and community classes I currently teach classes at Casa Mannabliss in Delray Beach FL I work with clients in : and small group privates My teaching style is largely influenced by Jivamukti yoga and integrates yoga wisdom with mindful alignment My favorite poses are dancer and reclined pigeon My favorite yoga text is The Living Gita by Swami Satchitananda My go-to yoga scents are lavender oil and palo santo My go-to yoga music is Alexia Chellun My personal mantra: "Consistency is alchemy".
