About
Hillary Marshall has a passion for the outdoors and anything that keeps her active, but her true passion is helping others achieve their goals.
When facing an obstacle, it is easy to feel unsure of oneself; Hillary excels in identifying the steps to take to acquire success and providing helpful encouragement and guidance along the way to help you improve in both mind and body. While her first yoga session was at the young age of 17, Hillary’s true passion for yoga started just three years ago after taking her first class since moving to Charlotte from Atlanta. After a stressful day at work, she left her first class in the Queen City feeling better, happier. Hillary began taking sessions regularly at different studios around Charlotte from a variety of instructors to help increase her knowledge of the yoga practice. She still enjoys researching various yoga styles and techniques to help not only improve her own style but also assist in the training of other aspiring yogis. Today, Hillary focuses on nervous system training using yoga to assist in dealing with stress on and off the mat! Adding to her expertise in the realm of yoga, Hillary’s yoga teacher training is through Yogabody Fitness with Lucas Rockwood and Ashley Masters. Remember, your breath can change your state.
