Hillary grew up in Southern California with a dance and volleyball background, took her first yoga class back in 2010, and completed her 200-hour teacher training in Thailand in 2017.
Since then, Hillary has completed certificates in Reiki, Nidra, mindfulness meditation, and trauma-informed yoga. While work and school have pulled her between DC and CA for the last 13 years, Hillary is now at home in Shaw where she lives with her partner and their dog, Tukker.
