I grew up in Japan and moved to NY in 2000.
From the moment that yoga came into my life 15 years ago, it has opened my heart, mind, and body, bringing me true joy and gratitude. Through my experience of teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kids / Teen Yoga, I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone. Yoga is more than just Asanas (poses), it’s about creating a deeper connection and awareness of ourselves. I discovered the life-changing benefits of yoga and I’m thrilled to share my love and practice of yoga with others to help anyone grow in this beautiful, and healing tradition. With focus on alignment, breath to movement connection, and meditation, my intension is to create a loving space for students of any level to grow, learn, share, and explore and experience the magic of yoga.
