3 years ago i stepped into my first yoga studio with expectation of non-achieving nor any reward but rather to see whether or not I can relieve something inside of me as my health was failing. This will be my last day of never trying any fitness or movement instead it will be my first day that I fell in love with yoga.
3 years later, May 2016 I graduated from and received my certification from Core Power Yoga. My intention is to teach yoga and allow it be to be exposed and loved as I have experienced aside from the fitness aspect of it as well as being a student in learning. Namaste
