Trained at Miramar College under the mentorship of Kelly Moreleski, a kinesiology expert, Hollie holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and is internationally registered with the Yoga Alliance. Specializing in hatha, hatha flow, gentle flow, face yoga, breathwork, and meditation, her teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is essential in today’s chaotic world, offering a path back to one's true self and fostering kindness within the community. With extensive knowledge in mental health tools and business entrepreneurship, Hollie is dedicated to making yoga accessible and personalized, ensuring it accommodates individual needs and goals. Her kind, caring nature and commitment to authenticity not only inspire her students but also enhance their journey towards mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Gentle Hatha Classes held every Thursday 10:30am at the La Jolla Community Center.
