Holly Adams has been a student of hatha yoga for over years She is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the international Yoga Alliance with hours of training RYT Holly completed her training at Shakti Yoga Studio in Geneseo NY where she continues to practice/teach She also teaches yoga at the Genesee Valley Council on the Arts in Mt Morris NY Groveland Correctional Facility and Keshequa Central School where she has worked as a special education teacher for the past years Through dedicated practice we can find liberation in the body and knowledge of Self In the words of Mahatma Gandhi “Our greatest ability as humans is not to change the world; but to change ourselves”.
