As a full-time mom and yoga student/instructor, flexibility is the name of the game for me.
I've learned to expect the unexpected... but I also know where I will not compromise. My yoga and meditation practice, for example, is one area where I accept no excuses. Being committed and consistent in my yoga practice is not just about what I do on the mat. It radiates into all areas of my life, giving me more energy, greater presence of mind, more comfort and ease in my body, and an increased ability to meet the demands of the moment.
