Homer has practiced Ashtanga Yoga since 1999, and completed an Intensive Training with Andrew Eppler (Ashtanga Yoga Studio, Oklahoma) in 2022.
He is a student of Sanskrit and of Indian philosophical and religious traditions. Over time, Homer hopes to hold space for asana practice groups in Central Kentucky, and to provide opportunities for people to learn about pranayama, meditation and the historical religious/philosophical backgrounds of yoga practice, so that they in turn may situate their practice most fruitfully within their own life-context.
