Hope Zingg

I rediscovered my passion for well being and healing though my practice. As a former physical fitness trainer aerobics instructor and intercollegiate gymnast I starting practicing yoga to help improve general health and well being from an injury of two herniated discs and sciatica I developed when I started running Marathons. After practicing yoga I came to love the practice and well being of body, mind and spirit. Loving the outdoors you can usually find Hope outside hiking, swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, surfing and practicing yoga by the ocean and everywhere she travels. Favorite spot to practice yoga on the beach in Hawaii. Everyday I look forward to sharing with other people. Hope is energetic, fun, and loves to laugh. Through teaching I hope to bring transformation and unconditional love. She loves teaching, playing with back bends, inversions, and adding music to fit the mood.
