Tencha's yoga path began in a quiet spark that would unexpectedly grow into her guiding flame.
Although she diverted for some years, her return in 2015 marked the beginning of a deeper calling. By 2017 a health crisis served as an unexpected gateway and what began as a healing journey became a lifelong devotion to holistic wellness, one she now walks with heart-led remembrance and fierce commitment.Tencha holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and has completed advanced master-level coursework in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With 15 years of social work experience and extensive certifications in trauma-care, crisis response, yoga, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, somatics, and ceremonial facilitation, Tencha stands as a bridge between science and spirit, mind and body, earth and cosmos, inviting others to step fully into their sacred embodiment.At the heart of Tencha's work is a deep passion for creating sacred spaces places where people can come home to themselves, remember their wholeness, and experience meaningful transformations. She pours her soul into each offerings, weaving together her clinical knowledge and spiritual insights.
