I teach private and group lessons. My classes are not just asana(posture) based. You can expect to incorporate the first 6 limbs of Yoga in my classes. The last two limbs are for you to explore on your own time, at your own leisure. I teach Prenatal Yoga and Mommy&Me Yoga weekly. I am also a Doula and Certified Childbirth Educator. Ask me anything! I offer workshops at my studio.
