Ian, a graduate of Morehouse College has offered his yoga services to schools, athletic teams, and juvenile detention centers across the metro-Atlanta area. As a life coach and executive consultant, Ian provides his clients with mindfulness strategies that increases personal and professional development. He is thrilled to continue his practice of exposing all people to yoga as a way to release stress, gain flexibility, and manifest their dreams. He hopes to see you on the mat.
