Hello! My name is Ingrid.
I am a full-time school teacher, where I incorporate yoga in my classes. I am also CPR certified. I am a realtor as well. I have two other certifications along with the 200 hrs. Both were completed in Dec. 2023 and those are 30 hours Senior and Chair Yoga and 60 hours Children's Yoga. I think yoga should be for every body and enriches the lives of those who practice.
