Ingrid Hauss MEd Arts Education is an interdisciplinary artist educator and internationally published author of the book: Toward Renewal and Belonging: Art Movement and Community Peter Lang Publishing New York Berlin Lausanne Bruxelles Ingrid has trained extensively with master teachers in California Canada and Europe She has taught yoga for over twenty years in studios conferences and corporate settings Her focus is a a hybrid of core strengthening sequences combined with deep yin stretches and yoga poses that relax and revitalize body and mind Her speciality is her anatomical knowledge and the ability to offer compassionate and hospitable space including creative modifications for individuals with varied needs and abilities As the founding director of Art&Renewal Ingrid teaches art infusing her teaching experience of yoga and other physical disciplines to enhance life and spark creativity She is a registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS.
