Ingrid began her yoga journey in with the intention of teaching adults and children She is the owner of Wytha Balance Yoga – Counseling LLC Ingrid is a Kundalini trained Yoga Instructor with a hour specialty certification in childrens yoga Ingrid is certified as a Reiki Master Level Practitioner Her goal is to teach others and allow them to become present in the moment as they develop a greater awareness of themselves Her training consist of Radiant Child Levels I II and III YoKid Stretch Your Limits specializing in working with children in grades K- Yoga Classrooms Yoga and Mindfulness for Children Yoga for Teens Mindful Schools Fundamentals Mindful Schools K- Mindfulness for School-Age Children Ingrid is also trained and certified in Psychotherapeutic Yoga with Lifeologic International School for Psychotherapeutic Yoga and also a Kemetic Yoga trained by Kemetic Yogaskills In March she completed an Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Mind Body Centering Yoga She has currently retired as a Licensed Professional School Counselor with Durham Public Schools with years of experience She is the founder of the Annual Bull City Yoga Festival in Durham NC.
