My passion for wellness through prevention spans a lifelong journey incorporating a multitude of avenues such as; Community Yoga during the 80's; nursing Diploma, Degree and culminating with a Masters of Science in Health Education, 2014. Formal training in Yoga began in 1999 at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Ayurvedic studies completing my 500hr in 2008.
Always a student continuing studies included, Chair Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Mindful Meditation, Clinical Aromatherapy , Nutritional Degree, Holistic Nursing. Presently studying Whole Health Counseling with the National Institute of Whole Health. My Yoga through service includes Chair Yoga for Seniors and Mindfulness Yoga for the Children's Center. Married to a Southern gentleman who understands and endorses my passion for wellness as well as my fostering of Aussies mixes.
