Irina has been a student of yoga since 1993.
She is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher (E-CYT 500), kids yoga teacher (RCYT), Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, and an elementary school teacher. Irina is the founder and director of WELL-BEING YOGA and YOGA BREAK FOR CHILDREN Teacher Training. She teaches yoga classes and conducts professional development training at her studio in Mississauga. Since 2007, Irina has been presenting Professional Development sessions and Summer Institute courses on yoga in schools for teachers in the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. Irina is a dedicated yoga educator who sincerely believes in the unlimited benefits of yoga and is committed to education, resources, and services to help you achieve mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
