I have been practicing and studying yoga for years I became a teacher to share the practice with other people in hope to spread happiness I absolutely love anatomy and constantly engage myself in new learning experiences to get a deeper understanding of movement mechanics and body alignment principles In my spare time I like to attend classes and workshops to further my education in yoga kinesiology and overall wellness Some of the non-yoga related activities I love doing are exploring hiking cycling running cooking reading and curling up on the couch with a good movie or TV show I am very passionate about healthy eating and natural wellness I believe in thriving of a plant based diet including a lot of raw fruits and vegetables for optimal energy high immunity and mental clarity I love my yoga practice because it helps me be me It gives me the strength and courage to believe in myself to overcome obstacles to hang on to hope and make good life decisions Yoga in both aspects of the physical practice and the ancient philosophies have created more compassion in my life and assisted me in developing an open mind and an open heart.
