Iris Lambert is a Registered Yoga Teacher (500 ERYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Iris has been teaching for 50 years. Her first teacher/guru was Swami Satchidananda. She went on to practice Ashtanga Vinayasa. More recently she studied Anusara for alignment and with Shiva Rea for fun sequencing. Iris is inspired by Bhakti Yoga and includes chanting in all her classes. She is no longer teaching weekly classes but offers pop up classes, retreats and teacher trainings. She is currently teaching a teacher training at SolRio Collective Yoga School in Guernville, California with Mary Kate McCartney. Iris is also available for hire.
