Growing up on the beautiful coast of Portugal I fell in love with the ocean Its incredible energy and power is so strong yet its the one place that I feel truly at peace My family and I eventually moved to Canada however whenever I return to my home town of Peniche and take my first dip back into the ocean on Baleal beach it just anchors how much it means to me; its my passion and my love My love for the ocean naturally led to my love for surfing Theres a raw sense of freedom and connection with nature that is exhilarating with the sun on my face and the wind in my hair living the dream in my fullest self expression My passion has inspired me to share what I love on my Surf Yoga trips all over the world I am stoked to challenge people to think about themselves experience the ocean yoga meet lifelong friends and create memories that will stick for the rest of their lives! I teach at Power Yoga Canada a yoga studio in Mississauga Ontario and am a certified Baptiste yoga instructor I teach Power Vinyasa; an amazing practice that gives you access to vitality awakening and possibility!
