As a former behavior therapist, special education teacher and school administrator, she learned the importance of integrating wellness and self-care into her work life. After hitting textbook burnout she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification and continued on to learn more about meditation and sound healing. In her 16 years of experience in K-12 public education, she deeply believes in the power of yoga and meditation to help align to the best version of yourself – benefitting all aspects of your life, both personal and work. Leaning on years of experience coaching and teaching adult learners, she also facilitates learning spaces for individuals to learn about meditation and sound baths.
