About
In my early teens, I felt the real connection of all beings and with the larger expansive universe and wanted to be an uplifting presence in it.
In 1989, I started practicing Buddhist meditation in Paris, France. In 1997, I was introduced to yoga asanas and it was humbling to just take a long deep breath. In 2000, I completed the Jivamukti Yoga teacher training (2000 hrs) in NYC, in 2003, the Yogaworks teacher training (200 hrs), and in 2006, the Integrative Yoga Teacher Training (500 hrs). Since 1998, I have been teaching meditation and yoga first in New York City, then Venice/Santa Monica area in LA, and since 2004 at Canyon Ranch Health Resort and Miraval Resort in AZ. Since 1996, I traveled extensively to further my practice. My students are my teachers. The more I am present, playful, open, receptive and relaxed, the more I feel I am in a state of yoga. While being with the impermanence of all forms and with the infinite spacious presence, we listen to our inner and unique nature, practicing acceptance (and at time acceptance of non-acceptance, relaxation, openness, breath, self-compassion, lovingkindness, gratitude, inner alignment, awareness, integrating, sharing, connecting, exploring, celebrating with PLAYFULNESS whom we are.
